Team Balancing

In order to do this, a few weeks into the season, we evaluate the competitive balance within each age group and then with the input from the Coaches and Conveners trade a small number of players in an attempt to provide balance and the opportunity for every team to be competitive every game. This a common practice across recreational hockey and we certainly would appreciate your support of this process again this season.

We are approaching this point in our season and there is the possibility where parents and players will be approached about moving to another team for the betterment of the league. No one likes to be traded and trades are not made without forethought. Each trade is made for this specific reason.
