1.       How do I register online through Hockey Canada?

a.       Registration Link https://registration.hockeycanada.ca/registration

2.       I am trying to register a returning player but I do not have a password.

a.       If you have used the “Forgotten Password” link on the system and did not receive a response it means that you do NOT have an account with Hockey Canada.

                                                               i.      Even if you have been registered with West Hill in previous years you will not have an account or password unless you have used the Hockey Canada system before.  Please follow the online instructions for creating a new account.

3.       I cannot finish my registration.  The system seems to continually loop me.

a.       You may need to be transferred from another organization.  Please send an email to registrar@whmha.org stating you are experiencing difficulty registering and provide the player’s name and date of birth.

4.       Can I register in person?

   a. Registration is online only     

5.       Is there a family discount?

a.       There is not a family discount.

6.       Is there a program that can sponsor my child for all or part of my fees?

7.       What are my payment options?

a.       Online Payments: VISA or MasterCard ONLY 

8.      Is there an early bird registration discount?

a.      Yes, registration completed prior to August 15 are entitled to a discount

9.       How do I get a Tax Receipt?

a.       Tax Receipts can be printed upon completion of registration through Hockey Canada.

10.     Requests for a refund are subject to a $100.00 administration charge
